Refund and Return

As stated above, Shocrastic does not provide refunds or accept product returns. We strictly offer a 7-day replacement policy in the case of:

• Manufacturing defects

• Damaged or broken items received

• Incorrect product delivered

Replacements are only processed if the issue is reported with valid proof within 7 days of delivery.
